GENERAL
On arrival, we ask you to ring the doorbell at the main entrance of the apartments (west side). We will immediately direct you to your apartment, and show you where your parking space is.
You may check into the apartment from 14:00 at the latest. Sometimes, it is possible to check in from 12:00.
We ask you to vacate the apartment for cleaning by no later than 10:00 on the date of departure. This way, we can ensure that the new guests can check into the apartment on time! Thank you for your understanding!
On confirmation of the reservation, you will be automatically prompted to pay a deposit. The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total cost. We kindly ask you to transfer the money to our bank account. Once payment has been received by us, you will receive a booking confirmation with a confirmation of the deposit payment.
- You can pay the total, or the balance less the deposit already paid, by bank transfer to our account before arrival.
- You can pay in cash in person.
- You can settle the bill with a Maestro debit card.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
You can settle the bill on site at any time. Press 9 to call the front desk, and we will meet you in the reception at the specified time.
We ask you to settle your bill by 18:00 on the day before departure.
Our tap water is the best, top quality Kaiser water, and should definitely be preferred to shop-bought water. This greatly reduces the level of plastic waste. In addition, we use the water refining process developed by Dr. Hans Ellmauer.
We welcome well-behaved dogs in summer ON REQUEST (daily charge €20). In winter we can't accept dogs.
We ask you not to leave dogs alone in the apartment for hours.
Please do not let dogs stay in the bedrooms.
We accept one dog only per apartment.
Thank you for your understanding!
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies, without exception. However, we ask you to show consideration for your "balcony neighbors". Thank you! There are ash trays in the kitchen.

LOCATION
The apartments Harmonie, Bergsinn, Herzblut and Sonne have a direct view of the Wilder Kaiser.
The apartments Weitblick and Holzwurm have a side view of the Wilder Kaiser.
The apartments Liebe, Glück and Freude have a view of the garden.
We are in close proximity to the practice slopes of the local ski school, and the Lanzenlift (platter pull). From here, you have direct access to the Astberg lift and the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, with over 90 lifts.
You do not need a car, and can ski back to the house on your return. The ski school is close by!
EQUIPMENT
Bathroom
For a 7 day stay, 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels are provided per person upon arrival. Towels and bedding are changed weekly.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. So you will find 2 hair dryer in each apartment.
Upon your arrival, the WCs will be equipped with toilet paper. For the rest of yourstay, you must provide your own toilet paper.
Kitchen
2 tea towels will be provided upon arrival. If necessary, you may have more tea towels.
Each apartment has a filter coffee machine. Please bring 1x4 size coffee filter papers and ground coffee.
Yes, there is a microwave in each apartment.
Please bring dishwashing liquid, dishcloths and sponges so that the kitchen can be cleaned daily.
No cleaning supplies are provided.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
You can refuel your electric car at the public fast charging station just a few meters away from the Schedererhaus.
It is possible to have breakfast and/or half-board in the neighboring Restaurant Alexandra (170 m).
Please ask for the current prices!
The local bakery offers a delivery service for your breakfast breadrolls.
Place your order with us when you arrive, and you will receive it the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Bread is delivered early in the morning.
Payments should be made directly to the bakery.
You can reserve the sauna for your party by booking it in advance. Simply tell us your desired times. You and your family or friends may then have exclusive use of the sauna, and there will be no other guests in the sauna facility.
The fee is €25 per evening/ approx. 3 hours.
Our sauna can accommodate approx. 6 people.
Bikes and E-Bikes can be hired at the local sports store www.goingsport.at!
We don't rent bicycles!
A free, covered parking space is available for each apartment. If you are traveling with 2 or more cars, you will find a sufficient number of parking spaces nearby.
Yes, you can use our guest washing machine (EUR 4,--) and the dryer (EUR 4,--) in our washing room opened from 08.30 to 19.30. Loundry detergent is included.
