Premium services/ facilities

• Final cleaning: € 55 for the apartment 55 m²; € 90 for the appartments 80 m² and € 100 for the apartments 90 m²-100 m²
• Tourist tax for adults: €2,50 per adult per day (children aged 15 and under are exempt)
• Dogs on demand: € 20 per day per dog
• Sauna: €25 (per evening for approx 2 hours, max. 6 people)
• Laundry room: washing (EUR 4,--) and drying (EUR 4,--)

Cancellation terms:

There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the following cancellation conditions apply to our house:

• up to 30 days prior to arrival: 0% payable
• up to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% payable
• up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% payable
• in the last week 90% payable
